This patient in her late twenties from Boston came to my office to discuss Breast and Body Contouring. Her goals from surgery were to enhance her breast size, improve her breast shape, flatten her tummy and improve her waistline. Her procedures were a lollipop breast lift with silicone implant augmentation, an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her torso. The implants are round shaped with a textured shell and were placed under the muscle (dual plane). A full abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal muscles was performed. Liposuction was done circumferentially around the torso.
