This patient came to my plastic surgery office to discuss postpartum aesthetic breast rejuvenation. We discussed her goals from surgery and her breast augmentation Boston options. She wanted to fill her breasts to a full and natural look similar to her appearance before pregnancy and nursing. She chose silicone gel filled implants and a volume to match her fill volume which I estimated for her. She also chose an inframammary incision and placement of the implants under the muscle. I used mid-range profile (Natrelle style 15) 265cc implants.

The surgery takes about an hour and patients are ready to go home shortly after the surgery is finished. I do not use drains or tight wraps and patients often do not require narcotic pain medication. Patients generally resume normal activities within one or two days following surgery.
