This patient in her late twenties from Boston came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals included increased bust fullness and an improved figure balance while maintaining a natural shape to the breasts. She chose 475cc implants, which was slightly above her fill volume, anatomic (teardrop shaped) implants placed above the muscle using an inframammary (below the breast) incision.
