This patient in her late 30s came from New Hampshire to discuss breast augmentation and liposuction at my office. She was interested in upper breast fullness and ultimately we decided on 400c implants which are slightly larger than her fill volume, high profile silicone implants placed partially under the muscle using an inframammary incision.
She was also interested in improving her lateral thighs (saddlebag area) so that jeans and pants fit better and she would look and feel more confident in shorts and swimwear. The treatment was standard liposuction. Liposuction is safe and reliable when performed properly.
